Hello Community!

I'm new to the forum and excited to dive right in. Similar to many searchers, I come from a business background, finance/accounting with expertise in sales & business development and have a passion for acquisitions.

The journey of the search is fresh, based on the few go-to books, podcasts, and current business contacts.

Short Term Goal:

- Expand my network (Searchers who are willing to talk/share/brainstorm, Brokers, M&A personnel, accountants, SBA lenders, and lawyers.

Acquisition Target:

- EBITDA - $500k-$1M

- Location - Metro-Detroit (Current Prio. 1 but considering expanded search)

- Timeframe - Close within 6-12 months
