Newly in Search, Still in Software

Hi everyone, I hope it is all right to introduce myself here.
I’m Salome, I just graduated from the Stanford MBA, where I had the great luck of taking one of the well-known ETA courses, which pulled me into the world of search and made me quite unable to look away since.
For the past eight years, I have run Movadex, a product studio with a brilliant team of engineers and designers across Ukraine and Poland. We help companies sharpen how they look, work, and scale, from brand and UX/UI to custom software, AI integration, automation, data engineering, and the less glamorous but very necessary technical work that makes products dependable.
As I return more fully to Movadex after graduation, I am also beginning to shape my own search thesis around software businesses with operational depth, loyal customers, workflow ownership, and the kind of product taste that quietly compounds.
In the meantime, I would be genuinely grateful to meet more people in this community. If you are searching too, I would love to compare notes, exchange ideas, and be helpful where I can.
And if you, your company, or a portfolio business ever needs support with product design, rebranding, UX/UI, software engineering, AI/ML, automation, or data work, my team and I would be delighted to be a resource.
Please feel free to DM me or connect on LinkedIn.

I know search can be a strange, intense, and occasionally lonely process, so I would be delighted to meet more people walking a similar road.
