Running this business has been a thrill and I've learned so much. We moved production to the US, reformulated all the products and built a new website. We launched ads across all social channels and built out influencer campaigns. I learned more about the science and culture around curly hair than I thought possible.
We clearly built something that is valuable to a strong group of loyal customers, but to be successful I realized we need to be part of a bigger organization.
