Hi all, new to the search community. I was looking into finding individuals or businesses that offer non-dilutive capital for minority searchers or ETA participants. Either debt or equity with less prohibitive terms. Also exploring grants/fellowships.

Equity, by nature, is dilutive - which is why it's worth exploring creative debt financing solutions like SBA loans, private credit, seller financing, and roll-over equity with ratchet mechanisms. These structures help limit your initial upfront equity contribution.

Thanks, Luke. I’m not aware of minority-specific, non-dilutive programs. Ezinne, you could look into revenue-based financing companies, but I believe they tend to focus on SAAS companies.
