Non SBA lender for 1mm EBITDA / 4mm price in USA for Canadian

Hi, are there any lenders that are willing to lend to Canadians for a US business acquisition. As we are Canadian, we are not eligible for SBA loan.

I have had a few amazing individuals reach out. Seems like the best opportunity is to try for a larger loan and more EBITDA target. Will keep posted on the details.

Agreed BDC is a good option, but association to a meaningful Canadian entity is the only way they can get international deals done. Nice way to make it work turning the co. into a Canadian subsidiary
