I spent the last couple of years on the ETA path and I’m now looking hard at the senior care space, specifically non-wearable monitoring for seniors living at home. I’d like to talk with people who own or operate private-duty home care agencies or assisted living communities, or who have diligenced one. I’m trying to understand how overnight coverage works in practice: how you staff it, what it costs, what families push back on, and where it breaks down.
