A lot of searchers use email marketing to find proprietary deals, but they never hear back from the business owners.

It doesn't necessarily mean they are not willing to sell, but maybe they don't get to know that you are looking to buy.

The reason for not hearing from people in your email campaign might be a DELIVERABILITY ISSUE.

Here is what you can do to land in INBOX

Use Alternative Domains: Never send bulk emails from your main domain. Use alternative domains and create 2 email addresses per domain to protect your main domain's reputation.

Authenticate Your Emails: Set up SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. These protocols authenticate your emails and reduce the chance of them being flagged as spam.

Warm Up Your Email Addresses: Gradually increase the volume of emails sent from new addresses. This builds trust with email providers.

Clean Your Email List: Regularly remove inactive subscribers to improve engagement and maintain a healthy sender reputation.

Limit Email Sends: Stick to a limited number of emails per domain per day to avoid triggering spam filters.

Rotate Email Addresses: Change email addresses every 3-4 months to maintain high deliverability.

Implementing these steps can significantly enhance your email campaign's effectiveness and response rate.

I have a document outlining what needs to be done in more detail - what email to buy, which tool to use, and so on. If you want me to send the document to you, let me know in the comments and I will send it over to you.

Some good advice here. To further add onto what's already been said, here's what I've found that works for me:

-For alternative domains, I recommend still using .com rather than using different TLDs
-I would stick with just either Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace for your inboxes. They already have the best email infrastructure, and so have the best email deliverability.
-If you want to further de-risk, have 2 inboxes for each domain. 1 from 365 and one from Google Workspace, and rotate them monthly. That way if one is throttled you still have the other, and the monthly rotation should ensure you don't run into any sending limits
-I would also recommend to never stop the email warmup process - 25 warmup emails everyday at a response rate of 60% in addition to a limit of###-###-#### emails per domain.
-For anyone who wants good, cheap software to handle both the warmup and centralizing their inboxes I would recommend Smartleads.

Hope everyone find this additional information useful.

E-Mail (even if delivered correctly) only gets you so far, You have to create opportunities to get on the phone with the prospective sellers. They are getting swamped by e-mails nowadays and if you can't find a way to get them on the phone, you won't be able to differentiate yourself.
