Hello Searcher community,

I am evaluating a Nurse Staffing Agency. If you are familiar with this space, I would greatly appreciate a few minutes of your time.

I am trying to understand how (i) the dynamic between agencies and elderly care facilities has changed over the years, and (ii) if having a partially offshore workforce (in particular, in-house scheduling) is typical or potentially costly in terms of service quality.

Thank you very much for your consideration!

We've done some work in that space. Usually with unskilled (e.g. CNAs or lower). I know that scheduling is a big hassle and costly. Ones I've worked with have generally had staffing onshore.

The next gem in medical staffing is CNA placement. Traveling, hospital and home, assisted living placements.
