As part of your Due Diligence, I suggest to take a super deep dive into the Silica / OSHA / Workers Comp / Legal exposure --- it's a major issue in this category. Lawsuits are everywhere. I would also question why this opportunity is "off-market"---gw

"2025 Penalties for OSHA Violations" Silica-related violations fall under OSHA’s general penalty structure, which includes: **Serious Violations: Up to $16,550 per violation **Willful or Repeated Violations: Up to $165,514 per violation **Failure to Abate: Up to $16,550 per day beyond the abatement deadline These fines are adjusted annually for inflation in 2025 and apply directly to silica safety violations among others.
