After 12 years of writing code—when I probably should have stopped at 11 (but hey, the pay was good)—I decided to take the ETA route. Watching too many bosses make bad decisions, combined with the fact that coding gigs aren’t as abundant as they used to be, pushed me toward business acquisitions.
What really sparked my interest was a post about a distressed business database and all the complaints about business brokers. That got me thinking—wait, I can do that. (Don't worry, I am in the GovCon & SDVOSB space)
I’ve built a systems (python, scrappers, LinkedIn, email, AI etc.) to extract and reach out to thousands of business owners by sourcing data from the web. Just to clarify, the reason I mention GovCon is because it’s my niche, and most searchers aren’t interested in that space. I realize now that I made the mistake of bringing it up.

Let's say for example... you want a list of all the business that are in distressed in a state. Then you want their email address, then you want to email them. Yeah I can do that.
