Hi folks -- My team and I came across an opportunity in central South Carolina. It is a great fit for an operator with a background in manufacturing and/or design engineering. The owner is willing to offer a good deal to an owner-operator in that area with that kind of background. Sadly, it is not a fit for us. Roughly $8m- $10m of revenue with ~$1.5m average of NOI. Know anyone this would be a good fit for?
