Off Market: Small Palm Beach GC with new equipment for roll-up

Found a commercial/residential GC in Palm Beach that's off-market and too small for us - good for someone with relevant experience who can work in the business or use as a bolt-on.

Revenue: $500-$600K for the past 5 years
SDE: 30-35%
New equipment: $2.4MM
