Offering Part-Time Pro Bono GTM Support

Hi folks 👋! Got referred to the SearchFunder community by a searcher friend, and after spending some time here just wanted to introduce myself. I've spent the last 10 years mostly around the tech ecosystem in Toronto and Silicon Valley (doing GTM, sales, product and as a VC funded founder), and now run a consulting firm focused on GTM/sales strategy. One of my clients over the past year has been a well-established outdoor stone supplier, which was a departure for me. Working with a "traditional" business opened my eyes to how much growth is sitting on the table in old-school industries when you bring modern GTM thinking to the table. And what's gotten me excited about search funds is that the post-acquisition challenge is basically what I've been doing: take a solid business and build a real growth engine around it. GTM strategy, outbound systems, CRM infrastructure, and MOST importantly, hiring the right people. I've done that from scratch multiple times and it's the work I find most energizing.
