Opening the Loop: AI for Operators (and Searchers Who Want to Operate Well)

Most AI conversations are led by people who don’t actually run businesses. I’m more interested in what helps operators on a Tuesday afternoon.
A bit about me for context: I’ve spent the last several years building and operating data + AI systems inside real businesses, working directly with founders, operators, and finance teams to reduce manual work, surface better decisions, and actually get tools adopted. This isn’t theoretical AI or slideware slop.
I’m opening a small number of free working sessions (30–45 min) for:
1️⃣ Operators / CEOs / GMs
• Replace fragile manual reporting
• Give managers answers without adding headcount
• Capture tribal knowledge before it walks out the door
• Make “founder intuition” operational, not personal
2️⃣ Recent acquirers (first 6–18 months post-close)
• Reduce dependency on you
• Build simple AI copilots for ops, finance, or CX
• Clean up data chaos without boiling the ocean
3️⃣ Searchers who want to be good operators
• Set up systems you won’t rip out post-close
• Avoid AI experiments your future self will regret
• Design for adoption, not cleverness
These are not demos or decks.
We’ll pick one real workflow in your business and pressure-test whether AI should touch it at all.
If yes → we sketch a practical setup.
If no → you just saved yourself months of distraction.
If you’re operating a business (or about to be), and want to trade notes, comment or DM.
