Birch Swing is in the process of closing our fourth acquisition and are looking for an operating partner to join our team. We specialize in B2B and B2C product-based businesses (manufacturing, distribution, sales). This person would be embedded in one of our portfolio companies in a CEO/COO role and would be responsible for the overall strategy and operations of the business. Its a great opportunity for a searcher with compelling economics. We currently have roles available in the Pacific Northwest and Midwest. The ideal candidate is someone data driven with hands on leadership experience, high agency, and who is hardworking and kind. There would also be opportunities to join other group companies in an operating or advisory role.
