Operating Partner for +$300k SDE Business

We are seeking an entrepreneurial-minded Operating Partner to lead the day-to-day operations of an upcoming portfolio company. This business serves an elite clientele, including top-tier interior designers and luxury residential estates. The company is a key pillar within a growing portfolio of design-industry businesses. The incoming partner will benefit from a robust, in-house support network specializing in digital marketing, high-volume lead generation, and institutional back-office systems. Clientele: B2B focused (Interior Designers) with high recurring project flow. Status: Highly profitable with a significant "moat" built on specialized technical expertise and a decades-long reputation for excellence. Growth Potential: Opportunity to institutionalize operations and scale alongside our existing interior design workroom and ad-tech entities. The Role As the Operating Partner, you will have P&L responsibility and lead the day-to-day execution. Your focus will be on: Operational Excellence: Streamlining production workflows, logistics, and quality control. Team Leadership: Managing and mentoring a skilled team of artisans and installers. Strategic Growth: Partnering with the ownership group to leverage shared resources, including our proprietary designer networks and marketing engines. Candidate Profile High-integrity leader with an "owner-operator" mentality. Experience in operations, logistics, or specialty trades (luxury/design experience is a plus, but leadership ability is the priority). Strong financial literacy and P&L management experience.
