Dear Investors, Advisors, Friends and Family,
Happy National Day! Singapore will be celebrating her 59th Birthday this coming week and we are also officially incorporating our company this week! Our legal entity will be called GenCap Partners Pte Ltd., and our incorporation date could coincide with Singapore's National Day (fingers crossed!!!). Shoutouts to Kenneth and Grof who helped out in our agreement and incorporation matters! Subsequently, Zachary and I will be signing our Founders’ Agreement and Employment Agreements with GenCap, which will make us official employees of the firm. SUPER EXCITING - WE ARE NOW FOUNDERS!
