Trying to source a great VA for a portfolio co at the moment to help with all things operations. It's within eCommerce so the range of tasks is fairly wide but likely recurring (creating EDMs, customer support to respond to queries, creating and managing social content) so after some training should be a solid ongoing part time team member, does anyone have any recommendations of firms to use for this?
Any recommendations or tips from people who have used VAs in the past in similar roles please let me know as this is the first time we are trying it out!
