Operations Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead the day-to-day operations and drive business development. Reporting directly to the new Owners, this individual will be responsible for managing projects and crews, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining stellar client relationships, and actively pursuing growth opportunities through strategic marketing and sales efforts. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring significant experience in the commercial painting or related construction trades, combined with a proactive approach to business growth. Understanding of CSLB requirements (C-33 license strongly preferred, or ability to qualify).
