THE ROLE
As Co-Founder & Head of Business Development, you’ll own revenue generation end-to-end:
• Build and optimize the outbound sales engine and respond to inbound leads
• Close sales with corporate HR and executive teams
• Develop partnerships, outreach strategy, and messaging
• Scale from 0 → 3 new corporate clients per month
You’ll have full autonomy in your lane, while I (the founder) handle service delivery, brand presence, and operations. This is an equity-based operator seat with a 90-day test phase to validate fit and traction—not a “job” or commission-only role.
Our clients are U.S. and Canadian for-profit corporations with 20+ employees. The average client contract is projected at $50,000, with ~$40,000 recurring annually through licensing of live training recordings and access to our upcoming employee mental health membership.
At our current model, just three new clients per month puts us on track for a $6.5M+ revenue business within five years while maintaining 80%+ EBITDA margins. If those numbers make your brain light up instead of glaze over, you’ll fit right in.

IDEAL PARTNER
You might be a fit if you’ve:
• Closed five- or six-figure B2B deals in training, SaaS, consulting, HR tech, or employee wellness
• Built repeatable, scalable outbound systems and pipelines without heavy ad spend

STRUCTURE & COMPENSATION
• Equity: Earn up to 20% ownership through milestone-based vesting (5% vests after the 90-day test phase)
• Revenue Share: 35% of closed revenue during the 90-day test phase (no base salary)
• Salary: $120K–$200K once onboard full-time, scaling as the company scales
• Profit Distributions: Commensurate with equity stake
• Exit Upside: This is a build-to-exit play, targeting a 7-figure+ exit for both co-founders within five years
• Autonomy: Build your lane and own it – no micromanagement or bureaucracy.
