Hello SearchFunder community - Ben Fox here, founder & CEO of Matrix Events, a profitable Denver-based corporate event agency with ~$3M in annual revenue serving primarily mid-market and enterprise tech clients across North America.
I’m currently working on the acquisition of a complementary events business (~$2M purchase price) with the goal of combining operations, expanding geographic reach, improving sales leverage, and scaling the integrated platform to ~$1M EBITDA within the next 24–36 months. The longer-term objective is to position the combined company for a strong strategic exit multiple.
