Operator looking to connect with independent sponsors

I'm currently operating a SMB for a PE firm. It's been a great experience but I'm interested in exploring new opportunities - I'd prefer to work with an independent sponsor who has a long term mindset compared to the typical PE 5-7 year exit.

Where do I find these folks? I assume many of them are here! Are there other platforms to connect with them?
