CEO / Operator – Managed Service Provider (MSP) Location: Indianapolis, IN Industry: IT Services / Managed Services Rev: $6.7m ARR: $4.7m Adj. EBITDA: $1.2m We are an entrepreneurial investment group acquiring and growing a Managed Service Provider (MSP) in Indianapolis and are seeking a hands-on business operator to lead day-to-day operations and drive long-term growth. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced IT professional who wants to step into a leadership role with significant responsibility and upside tied to performance. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the MSP, including service delivery, team management, and client satisfaction Lead and mentor technical staff while helping recruit additional talent as the business grows Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients; support business development efforts Implement operational best practices, systems, and processes to improve efficiency and scalability Manage vendor relationships and technology standards Take ownership of financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control Qualifications Strong background in IT services, managed services, or a related technical field Experience managing IT teams and client environments Solid understanding of MSP tools, service delivery models, and cybersecurity best practices Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills Business acumen and comfort managing budgets and performance metrics Ideal Candidate Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to run and grow a business Comfortable taking ownership and being accountable for results Interested in a long-term leadership opportunity with performance-based upside Additional Requirement As part of the acquisition structure, the selected operator must be willing and financially able to personally guarantee a portion of the business acquisition loan.
