Operator Seeking Capital Partner (Boston Area)

by a searcher in Boston, MA, USA
I am a hands-on construction materials operator with deep experience scaling and streamlining quarry and aggregates operations across New England. My background centers on professionalizing day-to-day operations—improving throughput, optimizing fleet and equipment utilization, tightening cost controls, and building repeatable processes that support sustainable growth.
I have worked closely across production, sales, logistics, and field teams to drive revenue growth while maintaining operational discipline. This includes improving pricing and volume management, reducing downtime, strengthening safety and compliance programs, and developing frontline leaders to create accountability at every level of the organization. I’m known as an operator who can step back to build systems—but also step in wherever needed to keep the business moving.
I am now seeking to partner with a Boston-area investor or capital partner to acquire and operate a construction materials–related business (aggregates, quarrying, hauling, site materials, recycling, or adjacent services). My goal is to take a strong core business and help it scale—by standardizing processes, investing in people and equipment, and creating the operational foundation needed to support growth.
I am particularly interested in owner-transition or under-optimized businesses where operational focus, leadership development, and process improvement can unlock meaningful value. Post-acquisition, I plan to be fully embedded in the business with a long-term mindset centered on operational excellence, organic growth, and durable cash flow.
