I'm not raising a traditional search fund - I'm an operator looking for the right partners in service businesses. I've spent 8+ years inside an operationally complex solar installation business, from direct sales to owning the collision zone between growth and execution as the business scaled to $150M in revenue. My role was to protect throughput, cash flow, and customer trust by building the systems, teams, and escalation paths required to operate at scale.
