As someone who runs a marketing firm with ~50 clients, I can tell you my biggest recommendation on the commercial stack is to consolidate the CRM and marketing automation to HubSpot. We work with companies with just about every permutation of CRM and I can tell you, hand down, the ones with the best insights (and results) use HubSpot.
Full disclosure, my agency is a HubSpot partner. Not because I really like them as a company but because their platform truly does help us get better results.
