Opportunity to acquire a health and wellness business at a discount

Hi Everyone - We have an opportunity for a searcher to acquire an established health and wellness franchise in NYC at a fraction of its startup cost. The business has strong operations in place and just needs an operator to increase its sales and marketing efforts. The transfer has already been granted by the franchisor and diligence done.
