We are building a fast pace roll-up in the jewellery retail sector in the UK. Have acquired 6 businesses within a short period. 2 acquisitions in pipeline. Group is currently turning over £5M+ All acquisitions so far done through self funded and bank borrowings and seller finance. We have a clear strategy in place. Platform business is built with an experienced executive board and operations staff. We are now looking for £300k equity finance to strengthen the working capital of the current group and cover some acquisition costs. We have secured funds from a Highstreet bank for next acquisition and another soft approval for another larger scale acquisition.
