I focus on acquiring Salesforce.com consulting firms in the low mid-market segment.
Over the past 2 years, I've been working on my proprietary outcome-based pricing framework for Salesforce.com customers. I recently got my copyright approved and calling it SEES Methodology.
SEES is a combination of KPI and milestone driven approach to improve post go-live adoption metrics and result in better results for Salesforce customers.
