Historially, after working on sourcing deals both in the US, Europe and Middle East I can share that: Multichannel works best independently of industry, geography, or company size. Channels to pick are relative the the specific search you are conducting. A standard waterfall structure may look something like this: Email (with follow ups) -> unresponsive leads to sms campaign (while maintaining compliance) -> unresponsive leads to social media -> unresponsive leads to be filtered and called directly based on specific fit. Question: after searching for a few months now, what would you say is the main challgenge is sourcing deals right now?

I would generally start with understanding what the brokers have to offer, as it will also give you an idea of what is for sale. Once you get more used to the deals and deal requirements, then you can do your own outreach, which will be more informed now. Showing the potential seller than you know what you're talking about will give much better results
