Hi everyone,

We are looking to replace our existing provider digital marketing (google ads, website mgmt, SEO, content) provider for our Commercial HVAC business.

Do folks have any recommendations and prices on foreign (phillipines, colombia, etc,) and local providers (i.e. Canada)?

Thanks a ton

Have you ever considered getting an overseas sales rep? Get someone to figure out a list of government agencies, schools, churches, etc and start reaching out to them introducing your business and offering your service. Payback period will be longer, but I rather do that vs SEO and likely ROI will be under a year.

On digital marketing try to understand first before you hire. For local and as an HVAC business that is probably where its at, make sure you have a review system in place e.g. make sure your techs are incentivized to go out and get 5 star reviews. If you have 3x the amount of good reviews as your competitors that will get you more traffic than anyone really trying to optimize this.

Also check out local service ads, if you aren't running them DO IT, usually some of the best paid advertising you will do and largely is more cost effective than just PPC.

Hi Nate, if you're still looking for digital marketing expertise, I'd be happy to set up a time to chat. My company 4th Quarter invests our capital and expertise into transforming your legacy business into a digital growth machine, covering all marketing costs upfront and only earning when you generate new revenue. We've proven our "Invested Growth Model" works by helping companies scale dramatically (like growing Bidify from $70K to $1M ARR in six months) by applying our performance marketing playbook specifically designed for businesses with established customer bases and product-market fit. We offer a risk-aligned partnership that lets you concentrate on what you do best while we drive new customer acquisition without the distraction of building an in-house marketing team or the uncertainty of traditional agency retainers.
