Has anybody used any outsourced direct mail service providers they had a good experience with?
Ideally looking for a service provider that will write (or have a machine that replicates handwriting) letters and mail them

I've heard anecdotally that hyper-targeted outreach (e.g., handwritten letters) can be pretty low ROI, though direct mail in general can be effective.
