Outsourced SaaS sales teams — any recommendations?

Can anyone recommend a strong outsourced sales partner specifically for a SaaS business [UK based]? We’re looking for a team that can handle outbound (and ideally early pipeline building) in a credible way — not just volume, but actually landing qualified conversations. We’ve tried both onshore and offshore before with mixed results, so keen to hear if anyone’s had a genuinely good experience.

I've had great success with off-shore hires both for myself and others, in various roles, including sales/business development. So I'd recommend that route for cost-effectiveness.

Sales is so critical to the success of a SaaS business, especially if you have a higher ACV, that I would strongly recommend paying up for the best sales leader you can afford for your stage. I would not recommend outsourcing it because the pace of learning will be much slower with an agency. Also, I don’t think the incentives are usually aligned well. A true leader will constantly figure out what works, iterate on the sales process, recruit and retain the right team. Agencies might work for a short time, but long-term value is crafted by leaders bought into the long-term vision.
