I have started early discussions with potential investors who had never heard the concept of search fund. I would like to send them a couple of pages discussing the basics of search funds. Has anyone seen or used something like this?

The ideal document would be in presentation format with bullets/charts as it should be easier to follow. A pure text document can work as well.
