Role Description
We are currently seeking dynamic individuals to join our team for the remote Private Equity
Intern role at Stealth Ventures. The Private Equity Intern will be responsible for assisting the
team in conducting due diligence, deal sourcing, creating financial models and presentations for
potential investments, and evaluating investment opportunities. The Private Equity Intern will
gain experience in the private equity industry and work on research and analysis that directly
informs investment decisions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Market Research: Research and analyze market trends, industry landscapes, and
potential investment sectors to identify opportunities for deal sourcing.
- Identify Prospective Deals: Assist in the identification and evaluation of potential investment
opportunities through thorough research and due diligence.
- Build and Manage Databases: Maintain comprehensive databases of potential deals, including
contact information, financial data, and relevant industry information.
- Assist in Due Diligence: Support the due diligence process by gathering and analyzing data on
potential investment targets, including financial statements, legal documents, and market
analyses.
- Prepare Reports and Presentations: Assist in the creation of reports and presentations
summarizing potential deals and investment opportunities for review by senior team members.
- Liaise with Stakeholders: Communicate with potential clients, partners, and industry
professionals to gather information and establish relationships that may lead to deal
opportunities.
- Support Deal Execution: Aid in the execution of deals by coordinating with various teams,
preparing documentation, and ensuring the smooth transition from sourcing to closing.
- Hours per week: 10 to 15 hrs per week
Qualifications
● Analytical Skills and Investments experience
● Understanding of finance and private equity
● Familiarity with due diligence processes
● Strong attention to detail and organization skills
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
● Experience with financial modeling is a plus
● Ability to work independently and remotely
Compensation
