Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive industry research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities. - Perform detailed financial modeling, including valuations, sensitivity analysis, and scenario planning. - Collaborate with the investment team to develop and present investment theses and strategies. - Manage due diligence processes, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. - Monitor and report on portfolio companies, including financial performance and market trends. - Support deal negotiations and the execution of investment agreements.
