Part-Time Deal Sourcing Intern (Healthcare / Family Office) We are a family office-style investment group focused on building and scaling businesses in non-medical healthcare—through launching internal startups and acquiring small “beachhead” companies. We’re looking for a part-time intern to help source new opportunities. ⸻ What You’ll Do • Source small M&A deals and new startup ideas in targeted areas • Research markets and build outreach lists • Use AI aggressively to identify and evaluate opportunities • Surface high-quality leads directly to the team ⸻ What We’re Looking For • Strong interest in entrepreneurship / search funds / investing • Scrappy, curious, and comfortable with ambiguity • Able to think beyond “what is” to “what could be” ⸻ What You Get • Monthly stipend • Work directly with the principals • Exposure to real deal-making and business building • Opportunity (earned, not guaranteed) to help operate a business you help create ⸻ This is not a typical internship—you’ll be helping find and shape real businesses.
