Company Outreach Intern (Part-Time) Location: Remote / NYC Type: Internship (Part-Time, ~10–20 hours/week) Compensation: Unpaid Early stage entrepreneurial M&A Boutique focused on identifying exceptional small to mid-sized businesses. As we scale our outreach to business owners across various industries, we’re looking for a highly motivated intern to join us in the search process. What You’ll Do Research and identify potential acquisition targets using online databases, LinkedIn, and proprietary tools Support outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone to introduce our firm and gauge interest Track outreach efforts and update CRM and deal pipeline tools Help draft personalized messages and outreach campaigns Monitor and respond to inbound leads from business owners Support market mapping in targeted industry verticals Who You Are Curious and proactive Strong written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented and organized — you can manage multiple leads and updates without letting anything fall through the cracks Interest in entrepreneurship, small business, M&A, or private equity Comfortable with spreadsheets, CRMs, and doing light research Previous experience in sales, recruiting, research, or similar roles is a plus What You’ll Gain Firsthand exposure to the deal sourcing process in private equity / searchfunds Experience engaging directly with business owners Mentorship from experienced operators and investors Potential to grow into a full-time role or receive strong referrals Flexible work environment that values autonomy and results To Apply: Send a short note about yourself and attach your resume or LinkedIn to redacted Bonus if you’ve reached out to someone cold before — tell us how it went!
