Two Oceans Ventures is a Traditional Search Fund based in Vancouver, BC, focused on acquiring, operating, and growing one exceptional Canadian business. Led by two partners with experience across Management Consulting (MBB), Private Equity, Private Credit, Transaction Services, and Public Accounting (Big 4), we bring a cross-functional perspective to value creation. Collectively, the partners have executed 60+ transactions across all stages of the deal lifecycle. This internship offers a rare, hands-on opportunity to work directly with the principals of the fund and gain exposure to the full spectrum of Entrepreneurship through Acquisition (ETA) from sourcing and diligence to deal execution and operations. ________________________________________ We are seeking motivated, analytical, and entrepreneurial individuals interested in gaining direct exposure to private markets, small business investing, and the ETA model. As a Search Fund Intern, you will play an integral role in building our deal pipeline, conducting research, and supporting active transactions.
