My business partner and I specialize in sourcing off-market deals for acquisitions, and we're currently seeking individuals or groups who are interested in partnering with us. We've recently launched a new model where we exchange our services & industry expertise for equity in the deals we source, and we’ve already had great traction. So far we’ve partnered with two clients this way and currently have multiple LOI’s out with both of them.
We primarily focus on smaller off-market deals in the $500k-$2M profit range and have seen the most success in this space. With the volume of interest we normally receive, it’s perfect for a roll-up strategy or platform acquisition. If you're looking to acquire businesses in this range, we may be able to help.

A bit about us:

• Experience: Over the last five years, we’ve acquired four companies, both self-funded and through the SBA. We bring hands-on experience in the full M&A process, including due diligence, deal structuring, navigating the SBA process and creative financing strategies.
• Deal Origination: Our specialty lies in off-market deal origination. We run targeted campaigns to help our clients find deals that aren’t on the open market and help build a pipeline of interested sellers for future acquisitions.
• Sales & Marketing Expertise: I have a background in overseeing business development teams for MarketingTech unicorns like HubSpot, Drift, and MoEngage, which means we bring additional expertise to the table in sales and marketing optimization for acquired businesses.
