Invest and Partner with SBA approved operators and searchers - what are your thoughts

Being a Canadian citizen (American Tax resident), I don't qualify for an SBA loan unless I give 51% equity to an American citizen.

I am contemplating joining other searchers on a profitable deal by investing some money in for a downpayment. Reach out if you have a great deal.

I have an SBA approved deal here in Southern CA that I like in the e-commerce space. Great cash flow and upside.
