For those that have been searching with a partner(s), did you all sign a partnership agreement? If so, could you please share a copy of the agreement that you used?

Hi ^redacted‌, I specialize in partnership or LLC agreements and would be happy to help. When involving multiple parties, they need to be specifically customized to the expectations and relationship of the parties, so I wouldn't recommend using a template since there's so much value in the business and you want agreements that cover all of the eventualities - buy/sell, drag along, tag along, capital and time/energy contributions, what happens in the event of divorce, death, or incapacity, etc. I'd be happy to discuss this further.

^redacted‌ Saw your post from April. I'm considering buying a minority interest in a very small digital marketing agency and need a partnership agreement. How small is too small a company for you to work with?
