Salomon Partners is searching for two exceptional Analyst/Associate interns. We’re building a lean deal team as we move into due diligence on our first acquisition. You’ll source companies, build financial models, and have a real voice in decisions on the way to closing. This is an unpaid, remote internship (minimum 10 hours/week). What you’ll do: • Source and screen companies from brokers, marketplaces, and direct outreach • Build LBO and operating models • Support due diligence: financial analysis, data requests, and meeting prep • Write short investment memos on promising targets What we’re looking for: • Currently enrolled in an MBA or undergraduate program in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field • Coursework or experience in financial modeling, including a three-statement or LBO model • Strong Excel skills • Available for at least 10 hours per week through May 2027 • Interest in banking, private equity, corporate development, or ETA • Experience with AI tools for research and automation
