We're looking to buyout the majority owner on 12 businesses that the minority ownership operates. Combined revenue is $38MM w/$4MM in EBITDA and $10MM in real estate. Business are in service, retail, bars/restaurants, events, trucking, and warehousing. 2 of the businesses are losing money but will turn a profit in 2025; the rest cashflow.
