I am seeking driven and detail-oriented Investment Analyst / Associate Interns to join a small, entrepreneurial private investment firm focused on acquiring and growing lower-middle-market businesses in residential and essential services sectors. This internship will begin immediately on March 2, 2026 and run through the end of the summer term, concluding on August 30, 2026. We are only considering candidates who can commit through the full summer. What You’ll Do: Conduct market and company research across a range of industries Source, screen, and evaluate potential acquisition opportunities Build and refine financial models to support valuation and underwriting decisions Draft and contribute to internal investment memoranda, including market analysis, business overviews, and deal theses Support diligence efforts and assist in preparing internal presentations and decision materials What You’ll Gain: Exposure to the full private equity deal lifecycle, from sourcing through execution Direct mentorship from experienced investment professionals Flexible, remote work environment (~20 hours per week) This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates interested in private equity, investment banking, or entrepreneurship to gain hands-on transaction experience in a lean, fast-paced environment.
