I recently purchased a pediatrics clinic and am now growing it. I want to create a kids urgent care along with it and looking to purchase a building and put specialty pediatric doctors next door. So this will be a go to place for any pediatric needs. But in the past I've built slow and I think I need to go after investors and move fast. Curious to hear other thoughts.

Daniel, with peds (you may know this already), a good amount of kids are covered by Medicaid. So you first need to understand the demographics of your region, payer mix you are after, and volume projections, etc. If you are looking to run a mostly commercial practice with some Medicaid, and for the specialty clinic to be the big profit generator, that's a great place to start. I've run a ton of practices, both affiliated with hospitals and stand alone, and know a decent amount about the peds space; happy to speak wtih you on this at any time. redacted
