I have experience with this. Let’s talk. Construction/contracting deals are very different than many other industries, especially where projects are long-terms and subcontracting is involved. Watch out for how insurance, bonding and licensing requirements act affect your transaction! About personal good will, definitely want CPA and tax attorney sign off. Often advisable to get an appraisal.
