Are there any debt options (similar leverage to SBA) for an acquisition that don't require a personal guarantee?

We see this question get asked quite often, and unfortunately there are not any options without a personal guarantee. In fact, there are not really any options outside of SBA lending that offer anywhere near the same leverage options that the SBA offers.
