Pharmacy Deal in New York

Owner had a stroke in 2024 and a broker reached out to sell. We are under contract for a pharmacy deal in NYC. We just received a term sheet from a SBA lender in December 2025. $24M rev, $3.3M EBITDA. We acquired a pharmacy in 2023 via the SBA 7A program. This deal is located 13 minutes away from our first deal and will further allow us to capture market share in this particular borough of New York City. Seeking to raise approximately $600,000 in equity.
