Post-Close CPA Help

I need someone that can review my books to make sure I am keeping things correctly, can handle all of our tax needs, and is responsive and proactive. Our first partnership has been disappointing. I don’t need a big team at this point. We are in North Carolina, but open to the right person/team remotely.

Hey, the first CPA letting you down is not because the CPA was bad at their job. It's because they were never built to support someone who just bought a business. See, filing a return once a year is a different sport than walking alongside a new owner who's figuring out payroll, working capital, an SBA loan, employees they inherited, and a P&L that's probably a mess from the prior owner. And most CPAs aren't set up for that second sport... so the searcher ends up feeling ignored, and the CPA doesn't even know what they missed.
